PFA Tubing for Analytical Liquid Lines, 1/16" OD, 0.5/0.8/1.0 mm ID
PFA (perfluoroalkoxy polymer) tubing is translucent and offers chemical resistance close to that of PTFE, while allowing processing by melt extrusion. It combines corrosion resistance with good mechanical properties for corrosive reagent transfer and small-bore fluidic connections in analytical instruments.
Tubing has an outer diameter of 1.6 mm, with inner diameters of 0.5, 0.8 or 1.0 mm. It is available by the roll or as flanged, retaining-ring or ferrule tubing assemblies. Tubing length and fittings at ends A and B can be matched to drawings to simplify routing and assembly inside instruments.
FOREACH holds ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management system certifications and supports sample testing. The availability of compliance documentation, including RoHS reports, is confirmed for the selected model and project requirements. For ICP and other trace-analysis systems, or projects sensitive to extractables, the actual resin grade, processing cleanliness requirements and relevant test documentation must also be reviewed. Specify any high-purity or clean-packaging requirements when requesting a quotation so that available configurations and documentation can be confirmed.
