Custom Tubing Assemblies for Instruments

FOREACH supplies custom flanged, retaining-ring and ferrule tubing assemblies for fluid connections in in-vitro diagnostic and automated analytical instruments. We support equipment development, assembly to drawing and batch production.

Choose FEP, PTFE, PFA or black PTFE tubing with fittings matched to the connection type. Flanged fittings are available in PPS, PVDF and PEEK, with standard and compact structures. Threads include M6×1 and 1/4-28 UNF. Flanged and retaining-ring families offer miniature 6-40 UNF configurations with PEEK fittings for 1.6 mm OD tubing. Tube OD options are 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.2 mm; FEP IDs span 0.3–2.0 mm in specified ID/OD combinations matched to the connection. Specify length, single- or double-flanged ends. A/B fitting materials, threads and connection types can be defined separately. Stop tubes and identification can be configured for the fluid routing, installation space, light-shielding and material compatibility requirements.
