Black PTFE Ferrule Tubing Assembly
FOREACH black PTFE ferrule tubing assemblies connect black PTFE tubing with matched threaded fittings and ferrules for reagent lines requiring light shielding in in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) and automated analytical instruments. No tube pre-flanging is required. Reference tubing IDs span 0.8–2.0 mm, with ODs of 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.2 mm in specified pairs. Length, both end connections and line identification can be specified.
Standard connections fit M6×1 or 1/4-28 UNF flat-bottom ports, with fitting material, structure and ferrule selected for tube dimensions and port model. Evaluate shielding against reagent-sensitive wavelengths, tube-end connections and the actual installation. Stop tubes are optional; text, numbers or logo labels can identify fluid paths. Samples to drawing, instrument integration and batch assembly are supported. Confirm working pressure and temperature for the specific dimensions, ports and complete assembly.
FOREACH holds ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management system certifications.
Typical Applications:
Reagent lines requiring light shielding, Black PTFE ferrule connections, End connections without pre-flanging, Identified instrument fluid paths

Black PTFE Ferrule Tubing Applications & Customization
Equipment development, assembly to drawing, sample development and batch production are supported.
Instrument fluid-path integration
Assemblies for in-vitro diagnostic and automated analytical instruments are selected against the actual reagent, cleaning fluid and connection requirements.
Black PTFE and light shielding
For instrument fluid paths with light-shielding requirements. Provide reagent-sensitive wavelengths, shielding criteria and installation conditions to evaluate the tubing and complete connections.
Assembly drawings and dimensions
Provide tube ID/OD, finished length and tolerance, length measurement datum, A/B port drawings, fitting materials, threads and installation space. Show stop and label positions and dimensions on the assembly drawing.
Fluids, pressure and temperature
Specify the working fluid, concentration, cleaning fluid, contact time, pressure, temperature and inspection requirements to confirm wetted materials and the complete assembly.
Installation and mating ports
Check ferrule orientation, tube insertion depth and fitting tightening requirements. Assemble to the drawing and specified torque; avoid tension and sharp bends.
Quality documents and delivery
FOREACH holds ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management system certifications. Applicable REACH and RoHS reports and material safety data sheets (MSDS) can be supplied for relevant connection components according to material and model. Dimensional inspection, seal testing, identification and packaging requirements for samples and batches are agreed for each project.
