TPU Polyurethane Tubing for Liquid Handling, 1.6–7.0 mm ID, 80A/85A/95A

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) tubing, also called PU tubing, offers abrasion resistance and good elastic recovery. It is suitable for instrument gas lines, pneumatic component connections and connections to moving parts where flexible routing is needed. For liquid transfer, confirm fluid compatibility with the specific material grade.

Inner diameters range from 1.6–7.0 mm and outer diameters from 3.2–10 mm. Hardness options are 80A, 85A and 95A, with natural, red and blue colors available in model-specific combinations. Tubing is available by the roll. Fittings must be matched to tubing dimensions, tolerances, hardness and connection design.
