03Quality and Credentials

For a second-source supplier, stable quality and controlled processes are at the core of every customer evaluation.

Certified systems: ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 13485 medical device quality management system.

Controlled production: a Class 100,000 cleanroom; tubing is produced in our own extrusion workshop inside the cleanroom, with defined ID/OD tolerances and sampling frequency for every specification; core parts such as pump and valve structural components and connectors are machined in our own machining center.

Compliance documents: material and compliance documents, such as RoHS reports for tubing, are available on request.

Company credentials: founded in 2012, Foreach is recognized as a National Specialized and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise and a Shenzhen Gazelle Enterprise, and operates a Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center.
