FOREACH TM ultra-compact piston pump for space-constrained analytical modules

TM Ultra-Compact Piston Pump for Precision Liquid Handling in Restricted Spaces

FOREACH TM ultra-compact piston pumps display PMMA-head configurations of 50 μL, 100 μL, 250 μL and 500 μL for space-constrained OEM analytical modules. Tasks include microliter reagent addition, sample dispensing, reaction-liquid addition and metered buffer transfer.

TM selection focuses on fitting the pump, valves, tubing and detection components into limited space. Displayed configurations use 6-40 UNF ports and 2540 full-stroke steps. Check each capacity’s drawing and include fittings, tubing bends and service access.

Fluid paths can be assessed for clinical chemistry, immunoassay, sample preparation, life science and water analysis. Functional selection terms include reagent dispensing pump, sampling pump, reaction-liquid dispensing pump and buffer dosing pump. Suitability depends on working dose, timing, material compatibility and the complete fluid path.

The displayed version uses a PMMA head and ceramic piston. Other materials are assessed against reagent chemistry, seals and structural space. Mounting, tubing, valves and drive control are project-specific; accuracy, repeatability, working pressure and life require validation of the selected configuration and actual conditions.
