FOREACH Miniature Solenoid Valve for Manifold Mounting
FOREACH SV10-P is a miniature diaphragm solenoid valve for mounting directly onto a fluidic manifold. Part of the SV10 series, it offers 2-way normally closed, 2-way normally open and 3-way versions for reagent supply and wash-fluid switching in automated equipment.
The rocker diaphragm opens or closes a connection in a 2-way solenoid valve, or switches the common port between the other two ports in a 3-way solenoid valve. Choose a normally closed or normally open 2-way version for the required state without power. A pump or pressure difference moves the fluid; the valve controls its path. Select a 12 V DC or 24 V DC coil to match the equipment supply.
Choose EPDM, FKM or FFKM diaphragms and matching O-rings for the actual reagent and cleaning fluid. Base-mounted and barbed versions use a PEEK base plate. Threaded versions offer additional valve-seat materials; PFA seat or base-plate configurations require a separate configuration check.
The PEEK base plate seals against the mating manifold. Match the port layout, locating holes and seals to the selected 2-way or 3-way version before designing the mounting face.

Typical Applications
Use a 2-way solenoid valve to open or close a reagent line, or a 3-way solenoid valve to switch a common line between two fluid connections. Match the SV10 connection style to your manifold, tube fittings or flexible tubing.
2-way solenoid valves for reagent on/off control
In an automated analyzer, a 2-way valve can open the reagent line for a dispensing step and close it afterwards. Choose NC when the connection must be closed without power, or NO when it must remain open.
Coordinate the valve with the pump and equipment program. The valve controls the connection; the pump and its operating sequence determine the amount delivered.
3-way solenoid valves for reagent and wash-fluid switching
A 3-way valve can connect a common line alternately to reagent and cleaning fluid. After the reagent step, switch to the wash connection and use the pump to flush the shared tubing.
Set wash volume and repetitions according to the fluids, tubing length and acceptable residue, and check the result using the actual cleaning cycle.
Equipment integration: manifold or tubing connections
Use the base-mounted version when combining valves on a fluidic manifold. Choose threaded connections for tube fittings, or barbed connections for flexible tubing.
Plan access for installation, tubing replacement and wiring. The three connection styles serve different layouts while retaining the same choices of 2-way or 3-way function.
