Sampling Probe

The sampling-probe series is designed for reagent aspiration, sample aspiration, liquid dispensing, and measured transfer in automated analytical instruments. Designs can be developed from drawings according to the instrument tructure, fluid type, target volume, and liquid-level detection method. The tube OD, ID, length, tip geometry, side-hole structure, bend direction, and mounting method can be specified for the project. Internal polishing, external coatings, and capacitive liquid-level detection can also be considered to reduce liquid carryover, residue, and cross-contamination.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sampling probes are primarily customized from the customer's instrument design. This page shows typical uses and customization options; the OD, ID, length, tip, and mounting method must be confirmed against the drawings.

Internal polishing can reduce liquid retention and wall adhesion, improving cleaning performance and helping to reduce cross-contamination in reagent, sample, and low-residue fluidic paths.

Capacitive liquid-level detection can be evaluated for the project. Confirmation should include the probe structure, cable connection, mounting method, and the instrument-level detection scheme.

Providing 2D drawings, 3D files, or a physical sample is preferred. If complete drawings are not yet available, provide the instrument installation space, target fluid, aspiration volume, probe length, and interface requirements so FOREACH can prepare an initial configuration review.

Tip geometry, internal polishing, external coating, cleaning method, and fluid properties should be evaluated together. For samples or reagents with higher residue risk, review internal roughness, external anti-drip treatment, and cleaning-station compatibility in particular.
