FOREACH FEP Fluorinated ethylene propylene tubing, ID 0.3–2.0 mm
FOREACH fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) tubing is a fluoropolymer option for instrument fluid connections. Its broad chemical resistance provides a basis for material selection, with compatibility confirmed for the actual fluid and operating conditions.
The current catalogue lists ID/OD combinations within 0.3–2 mm ID and 1.6–3.2 mm OD. Where liquid or bubble observation is required, assess visibility using the actual tubing appearance and wall thickness. Confirm the product code and packaging for the chosen combination.
Select the model around fluid composition, concentration, temperature, pressure, line length and routing, and match the fitting and tube-end preparation. A resin temperature value does not establish the operating range of the tubing and fitting assembly.

Tubing Selection and Connections
Selection Considerations
Select listed ID/OD combinations
Evaluate fluid or bubble visibility with the actual tubing
Confirm fittings and temperature-pressure conditions together
Application Evaluation
Compatibility evaluation for reagent and wash connections
Instrument paths requiring observation of fluid condition
Small-diameter fluid connections
Fitting Compatibility
Select flat-bottom or compression connections around OD, tolerance and the fitting specifications. Check the thread, sealing geometry and materials. Prepare the tube end as specified and confirm pressure derating for elevated-temperature operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
FEP often offers better visibility of fluid. Compare the actual appearance, dimensions, fluid and connections; material names alone do not establish tolerance or pressure capability.
