6010 Series Solenoid Valve

6010 Solenoid Valve is designed for low-pressure fluidic on/off control in automated analytical instruments, including reagent, wash-fluid, diluent, and waste-fluid paths. The series uses a swing-arm diaphragm valve and is available in manifold, threaded, and barbed configurations. Its operating pressure range is -75 kPa to 0.25 MPa; the orifice diameter is 1.4 mm, the valve-chamber volume is 20 µL, and the flow coefficient is CV 0.03. For selection, confirm the number of ports, valve configuration, interface type, diaphragm material, fluid compatibility, rated voltage, and need for an energy-saving circuit.

Frequently Asked Questions

The 6010 series is suited to reagent on/off control, wash-fluid and waste-fluid control, sample-probe cleaning, and small valve-manifold integration. It is commonly used in IVD and automated analytical instruments.

Manifold versions suit valve-bank integration, threaded versions suit M6 or 1/4-28 UNF fitting connections, and barbed versions suit tubing connections and low-pressure fluidic switching.

Select based on the reagent, wash fluid, temperature, service life, and chemical compatibility. EPDM can be evaluated for conventional aqueous fluids; FKM or FFKM may be considered where higher chemical resistance is required.
