HLD OEM Syringe Pumps with Rotary Valves for Reagent Selection and Dispensing
FOREACH HLD OEM syringe pumps combine glass-syringe metering with multi-way rotary valves for reagent selection, sample dilution and metered dispensing in automated analytical instruments. The rotary valve selects the liquid source or delivery path, while the syringe controls aspiration and dispensing.
Syringe pump selection should consider the required dispense volume, accuracy and repeatability, together with the number of metering channels, fluid paths and dispensing cycle time. Wetted-material compatibility, installation space and communication interfaces should also be evaluated. Metering channels refer to the syringe-metering units, while valve configurations determine how fluid paths are switched; each should be selected to suit the dispensing and fluid-routing requirements. RS-232, RS-485 and CAN communication options support instrument-controlled aspiration, dispensing and valve switching.
The HLD series uses rotary valves to switch fluid paths, with 30 mm and 60 mm stroke options and customizable valve configurations, including 3-way, 5-way and 9-way rotary valves. These valves connect reagents, diluents, wash liquids and delivery lines for sequential aspiration and metered dispensing.
