HMD OEM Syringe Pumps with Solenoid Valves for Reagent Dispensing
FOREACH HMD OEM syringe pumps combine glass-syringe metering with solenoid-valve switching for reagent dispensing, sample dilution and multichannel liquid dispensing in automated analytical instruments. The syringe drive controls aspiration and dispensing, while the solenoid valves switch the connected fluid paths.
Syringe pump selection should consider the required dispense volume, accuracy and repeatability, together with the number of metering channels, fluid paths and dispensing cycle time. Wetted-material compatibility, installation space and communication interfaces should also be evaluated. Metering channels refer to the syringe-metering units, while valve configurations determine how fluid paths are switched; each should be selected to suit the dispensing and fluid-routing requirements. RS-232, RS-485 and CAN communication options support instrument-controlled aspiration, dispensing and valve switching.
The HMD series uses solenoid valves to switch fluid paths and offers 30 mm and 60 mm stroke options. Single-channel and 2-, 3-, 4-, 6- and 8-channel syringe pump configurations support reagent dispensing, sample dilution and multichannel liquid dispensing. Solenoid-valve configurations and fluid connections can be customized to suit the required fluid circuit.
