Custom Ferrule Tubing Assemblies
FOREACH ferrule tubing assemblies combine matching fittings, ferrules and tubing for fluid connections in in-vitro diagnostic and automated analytical instruments. No pre-flanging is required: the fitting compresses the ferrule to retain and seal the tubing. Equipment development, assembly to drawing and batch production are supported.
Select FEP, PTFE or PFA tubing matched to the ferrule structure. Depending on the series, fittings are available in PPS, PVDF, PEEK, POM or PP; ferrules are available in PP or ETFE. Standard and compact structures fit M6×1 or 1/4-28 UNF flat-bottom ports. Tube OD options are 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.2 mm, with FEP IDs spanning 0.3–2.0 mm in listed pairs. Specify length, A/B connections, stop tubes and identification. Match ferrules to tube OD and assemble in the specified orientation and at the specified torque.
FEP Ferrule Tubing Assembly
Transparent FEP tubing with ferrule connections; no pre-flanging required. OD options: 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.2 mm. Specify ID, length and A/B end connections.
PTFE Ferrule Tubing Assembly
Natural PTFE tubing with ferrule connections; OD options: 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.2 mm. Specify ID, length and ends; select materials for the working and cleaning fluids.
PFA Ferrule Tubing Assembly
PFA tubing with ferrule connections; no pre-flanging required. Specify length and end connections; tube dimensions, ferrules and ports are confirmed against drawings and operating conditions.
Black PTFE Ferrule Tubing Assembly
Black PTFE tubing with ferrule connections and custom dimensions, length, ends and identification. Light shielding is evaluated against the reagent-sensitive wavelengths and required shielding level.
