Custom Retaining-Ring Tubing Assemblies
FOREACH retaining-ring tubing assemblies combine matched fittings, retaining sleeves, sealing washers and tubing for in-vitro diagnostic and automated analytical instruments. The sleeve and washer secure and seal the tube end. Equipment development, assembly to drawing and batch production are supported.
Both 6-40 UNF and HSF6 retaining-ring configurations can be paired with FEP, PTFE or black PTFE tubing. The 6-40 UNF configuration uses a PEEK fitting and 1.6 mm OD tubing. HSF6 provides M6×1 or 1/4-28 UNF threads with 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 or 3.2 mm OD tubing as specified. SUS and PEEK sleeves and washers are matched by model; ID and OD are selected as listed pairs. Specify length, A/B connections, stop tubes and identification.

PTFE Retaining-Ring Tubing Assembly
Natural PTFE tubing with a matched retaining sleeve and sealing washer. Specify tube ID/OD, length and A/B end connections.
Black PTFE Retaining-Ring Tubing Assembly
Black PTFE tubing with retaining-ring connections and custom dimensions, length and ends. Light shielding is evaluated against the reagent-sensitive wavelengths and required shielding level.
