What must be checked when selecting a high-pressure micro pump?

Higher pressure capability is useful only when the pump can still deliver the required flow in the actual circuit. This DPL30H demonstration accompanies the current 300 mL/min free-flow and 600 kPa maximum-pressure specifications, which describe separate operating conditions.

  • Flow under the required backpressure
Locate the needed flow on the product's pressure curve. Do not assume the 300 mL/min free-flow rating remains available at the maximum pressure or that a short test establishes continuous operation.

  • Threaded connection and seal
DPL30H uses a different connection arrangement from hose-barb DPL30 models. Verify the mating fitting, seal and assembly instructions, and check the pressure suitability of the complete fluid connection.

  • Operating cycle and system response
Record the pressure during startup, normal running and valve switching. Assess current, temperature, leakage and flow over the intended duty cycle, using the formal specification to set the limits.

Compare high-pressure liquid pump motor configurations

DPL30H-DS and DPL30H-BS are the brushed and brushless options for this family. Check each model's electrical configuration and connection drawing, then verify performance at your required pressure and flow.
